Program content:

Welcome aboard! In the afternoons, students have an excellent and genuine opportunity to meet several companies that are commercializing new products and services. In the intensive afternoons of a few days, we get to know case examples of entrepreneurs and start a sales project. Through this, the participants can find job opportunities, get practical contact with local companies and the startup network and find, for example, thesis topics – Companies get a genuine connection with potential employees, for example, with a focus on sales when thinking about recruitment!

At the same time, the teacher can easily build genuine business cooperation, in a network of up to 20 companies!

In the program:

o Meeting between companies and students: The challenge for the participating companies is sales know-how, acquiring talent, and managing sales processes
o How can sales skills be further developed and through this the sales culture for the region is developed; the exercises emphasize setting the right goals and achieving them
o Often the challenges of sales can also be seen in the company’s internationalization
